STRESS&HEALTH presentation is now over ;DDDD && MrMario said we did well too, yipeeee! :D anyway, my group, total of 3 presentation is over, now only left with our written assignment only laa. there's good & bad to be SubGroup 1 actually.

good is that we can finish quickly & relax, whereas bad is that we have to chiong alot within a short period of time to do well for presentation laa! BUTBUT we manage to pull eveything smoothly :D

butbut Week 6 is here, there's alot of elearning, but i thinks i needs to start reading upp my Nursing Laboratory book & watch the CBT laa, because Week 7 have practical already, && again, im register number 1, will be the first one, i wants to pass laa, if not, fail have to do again & will due to no clinical attachment! -.- may god bless me! ;D

thenthen Week 10 onwards, i supposed is the final test laaa, scary can! Hopefully i don't fail any module laa, i don' wanna waste time repeating any module. HAHA.

After school just now which is like 1hour only, superb lame laaa. i was damn early today laa, because im afraid i'll be late for lesson at 0800! HAHA. So abit kiasu woke upp at 0645 but still i reach school like 0750, not very early also. But at least, im not late ;D && Jaseema told me needs to take temperature again, super shag! hate to take because it's so super crowded laaa, ROAR! >.< went accompany Yihui they all for breakfast && that Shahida forever making us laugh so loudly like nobody business can? Roflmao. Laugh-ed till i cried, damn funny! HAHA. Anyway, next was lecture then lab. we booked the lab for own session anyway. After that had a little meeting then off for Netball at NYP. Met Cindy first thenthen went to track. Omfg! It's lame can? Zzzzz.. So boring laa. kinda relax because i think it's the first day, HAHA. but anyway, coach meehong said it's not a trail, no trail at all, just take it as a training & learn the basic & ENJOY! that's all she said laaa! Zzzz.. knew quite a number of friends HAHA, hopefully i still can remember their faces laa ;D played game among ourself, was okayy, play C WA WD cool ;D all the position i put they allowed us to play at least once ;D HAHA. lastly played with the seniors. warm down, then had a little brief & lights went off, damn dark! -.-

i kept asking myself since morning should i go training anot laaa. kept holding back! but i brought my stuffs along incase i wants to go. butbut i cannot made my decision even when school ends at like 5pm! after Malay Elective laaa! hhmms.. So i went home, put my stuffs then decide again! really can't make upp my mind but ended upp i left home with gears & changed properly laa. && so i went for training, the first time im going alone laaa, seems weird laa. reached interchange & as soon as 69 came, cause 23 went off already. met JJ at tp busstop then walked to get drink & down to toilet then court! HAHA. reached court, luckily i saw KIM laa, at least got people can talk to laa ;D so did warm upp, drills, half court thingy then play game! HAHA. As im the only one don't belongs to Mixed or Women, i played with Mixed because short of player! HAHA. && know what? i was asked to play SHOOTER for them! omfg, i don't even knows how to shoot can? holy shit! was with GS then keep pulled out then give Nigel all the balls to shoot only laa, i don't even know how to shoot can? i sucks in shooting! Zzz.. then changed to GA as KS said so, HAHA. wow, that JJ & Jace ah butt keep defending de laa, don't even know how to move away from them! HAHA. but it was fun playing as shooter, kinda tiredd laa! because i think i moves too much! next play WA, woohoo, good cause i like Wingsss.. && damn tired laa, reach-ed tamp interchange at around 1110pm lehh, then bus down to Hougang at around 1145pm, changed two bus to get home! TIRED -.- reached home at around 1215am! superb shaggggg! because the next day school starts at 8am!

But always i have to play C, wthhh.. i loves playing WA/WD only, because i feels that i can play better laa, as in i will tends to slow down my run all. Friday morning met Ederlyn && down to KNC for trainig camp. It's a day camp. So reach at around 845am like that changed then went for training. Started upp with games! HAHA. FUNFUNFUN! the Jan-June babies & July-Dec babies! HAHA. the Jan-Jun wins, Rofl. followed by ball passes with talking & becoming mute, LOL. So fun yet lame? LOL. drink upp & do square, all sort of things that we done before, train till about 11am then went for IceBathe! Cool :DDDD First time in my life im having IceBathe :D Feeling great can? OMG! Is like damn shiok, woosh! Although i feels cold, but is damn cooling, i bet you will loves it too (: 3sets of 1min! then went shower over at TennisCourt then went to have lunch over at Kallang Leisure Park. HAd KouFu, then went to ColdStorage to walk around laa. Soon, walk back to have video session, omg! So long laa, then keep explaining all. For about 2.5hours can? Changed & start-ed training about 445pm, 2 with a ball + variosus stuffs. then followed by running through & interception.
then followed by concentration on Defender bringing down the passes, playing defending C, was okay laa. cause we only can run 2m, HAHA. train-ed till around 7pm, was given break to eat. Walk-ed to Mac to buy drink only, HAHA. saw Sidek, it's like ages since i last seen him can? OMG! && he's getting fatter laaa, HAHA. walk-ed back after that. Start-ed warm upp at around 745pm with run & dynamic stretch then ball passes uhh. Soon start-ed game with Avalauch. Play WA for the 4th quater & rest for the rest. Was kinda tired to play, cause i feels that i've warm down & not in the mood to play as well ;D after the game i warm down, stretch down lerr, as im not playing. then wait-ed for it to end & debrief then pack-ed bag & walk to changed. had IceBathe, 2mins1set only, because that stupid uncle keep telling is he wants to lock the gate. wthh! -.- after that quickly went bathing thenthen home. Bathing marathon sucks! =.=" poor KS lost his bag, omg! felt sad for him laa, preparing so many stuffs for us then end upp lost his things. with loads of valuables in it. omfg! if it's me, i would have cry laaa. strong KS :D Ederlyn mum came to fetch her, so YiLin & I hopped in. Reach-ed home went online. Slept around 1am.

Saturday was late for training, but nevermindd laaa. Cause 15mins only, LOL. thenthen was wearing Kidznet then Eric KS PeiRu & don't know who ah keep say you don't belongs here, you belongs to Kidznet, as they was having training, Zzz.. Saw CiHui having training as well. Warm upp all thenthen join them for square followed by interception all. After that, today concentration was on Center pass to WA(first option) HAHA. Started off with WA then to GD, HAHA. Fun playing GD laaa. Had about an hour or less training on that, followed by game strategy. Was with C for the game strategy the way through. Omfg! TIRED? But i think i manage to slower my pace, seriously, hopes i can do that laaa. As in not very fast tired already. Great! :D
Happy for myself, then debrief. Had a group photo then Monday have no training, HAHA! Bored! Gonna rot at home lerr laaa, arghhh! anyway, went to Fish&Co to eat with most of the team, then after that headed home & when i reach-ed home and i went to sleep. HAAH.
