anyway, had physio yesterday, it was a pretty short one. cause she only taught me how to do exercise at home and stuff. so yeah, after that back to NYP to do follow up on document. And, met Brenda for lunch at Koufu! :D Haha, she's funny. Been long since I last saw her too. So, she me and sister had a good chat. Awesome! Shall meet up with the rest real soon? I really miss everyone that I've not seen for a very long time.

tomorrow's Star Award i am so excited about it. Once a year okay, must watch one! Haha. I think I am on the track of recovering very well. Strength strength strength. All I need is to do strengthening and exercise to gain back what I have lost during surgery. Jiayou Alice! :D :D

Zenithians is having their training camp now leh. Sianxzx. I miss training. But, at the same time I think I won't be going back already. I don't know why. I do loves sports but I am afraid. Is this what everyones say; Phobia? Sighed. I am just afraid I will injured myself once again. I don't wanna go thru' anymore surgery. This will be the first and the last time ): But, I am definitely not going back to NYP netball! It don't worth my time there, seriously. Why stay when you are not being recognize right? Maybe I am wrong luh, I am nothing to NYP netball, they're far too much better than me (: Positive vibeeeee, kns! Lol.
